Seedlings in 2" (6cm) pot is about 8-12 months, you can change to a bigger pot 3" (9cm). Normally we take all the old mediums out and change the new pot and new medium. The followings is the demonstration of changing to the new pot!

Take the old medium out

Put the orchid in new pot and put the new orchid bark (medium size) in.

You need to plant the orchid in the middle of the pot.

Then put a little bit coconut charcoal and fermented pine bark chips on top.
